Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right and return part of it or all the products you have purchased within 14 days of the date of receipt.

It is clarified that returned products must not be used, washed, worn or damaged. Furthermore, the labels accompanying the products should be exactly as they were upon receipt. The same applies to the receipt or invoice you received. In addition, you must contact us telephone at (+30) 2310 445 515 by email at info@bebehome.gr for instructions and a return code.

For returns of non-defective products, the return costs are charged to the customer, while re-shipping costs of the item you choose for replacement are entirely on https://bebehome.gr.


Defective product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Bebe Home will make every effort to replace it with a piece of the same or a similar product at no extra cost to you. However, please email us at info@bebehome.gr within 14 days of your receipt in order to send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product is not available anymore, you can request a refund or a swap with an equivalent product that is available.

If a product breaks down at least 14 days after delivery and you want to send it to the company that provides its warranty, you must firstly send it back to us at your cost. We will forward the product to the warranty company for repair. After repairing the product, we will send it back to you at our cost.
